Appointments |
||
We recommend scheduling appointments at least one week in advance to guarantee availability. However, we encourage you to check with us, as we may be able to accommodate you on short notice. A credit card number will be used to hold your appointment. For Spa Packages and services consisting of two or more services, or more than one person from the same party, require a 50% credit card deposit or a gift certificate number to reserve the time. Credit cards or gift certificates will be debited according to our cancellation policy. |

Cancellation Considerations |
||
To avoid being charged the full price of the scheduled treatment(s), we request a minimum 24 hours notice for regular appointments, and 48 hours notice for two or more scheduled services and during Holidays. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or "no shows" will be charged 100% of the treatment price. |
||
Arrival Time |
||
We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled appointment times. |
||
Late Arrivals |
||
If youare running more than 15 minutes late for any service, we will always do our best to accommodate you. However, we value every client's time so we may need to shorten your service, so as to be considerate of the client's appointment. |
||
Returns |
||
Due to FDA regulations, products purchased at Dolce Vita cannot be returned once they leave our premises. |
||
What to Wear |
||
You will be provided with a robe and slippers to wear during your spa experience for two services or more. Disposable undergarments are available to you if you feel more comfortable. If you are having a water service, you can bring a swimsuit although it is not required. Appropriate attire is required in common areas. |
||
What Not to Bring |
||
We suggest that you leave your valuables (i.e. jewelry) at home. Dolce Vita Day Spa cannot be responsible for lost or stolen personal items or valuables. |

Children |
||
As a courtesy to other spa guests, children are not permitted in spa treatment areas, nor may they be left unattended in the reception area. We require that an adult accompany all children. A teen must be 13 or older, in order to receive treatment. |
||
Food and Beverages |
||
Lunch, dinner, and desert menus are available upon request. Complimentary juices, herbal teas, and water are available daily in the spa. |

Cell Phones and Pagers |
||
As a courtesy to other spa guests, we restrict the use of cell phones and pagers inside the spa. |
||
Gratuities |
||
The industry standard of 18% Gratuity is not included. Please feel free to reward your therapist with a gratuity commensurate with their level of service. |
